Copyright Agreement

In regards to this usa0013.com creative submission ("Submission"), I hereby grant to Banik Communications ("Agency"), it's clients, The Great Falls Police Department and the Department of Defense ("Client") and their respective subsidiaries, a copyright to the story, image, graphics or other Materials (collectively the "Materials") which I am submitting for the purposes of content for and promotion of the USA0013 campaign. I further grant permission for the above named to alter or edit the submission in anyway deemed appropriate.

I herby release USA0013.com for all liability, loss, claims, suits or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Submission, including but not limited to, compensatory, punitive, enhanced, consequential and incidental damages and reasonable attorneys' fees, whether such damages arise under contract, tort or statue.

I am the exclusive owner of the Submission, including all copyrights therein, and this agreement does not in any way conflict with any existing commitments on my part. I further warrant and represent that I have full right to enter into this agreement without violating the legal or equitable rights of any third party.
